Orders are only confirmed after 50% advance payment has been received. No order will be processed without advance payment.
Advance payment is only refundable if claimed within 3 working days. After 3 working days have elapsed, advance payment is non-refundable.
Products are custom-made bespoke orders. Once confirmed, produced or delivered an item cannot be returned or refunded.
Please allow an average of 4-6 weeks for product deliveries. Custom furniture may take longer to produce. Any unexpected delays will be communicated to buyers in a timely fashion.
Shipping costs are calculated in conjunction with shipping partners. Please speak to a representative to confirm shipping costs.
